Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Raya uses your data. We use your email, name, and device information only for display, notifications, and to run the assistant. Connected apps work via OAuth 2.0 with your consent; we do not send your personal data or tokens to AI models.
1. Data We Use
Raya uses your data only as needed to run the service and show it to you.
From our SSO (id.uzdevid.com):
- Email, first name, and last name — used only for display in the app and for notifications. We do not use this data for analytics or marketing.
Device data:
- The assistant engine uses device-related data (e.g. device type, OS, identifiers) so the system can work correctly and control your devices as you request. This is necessary for core functionality.
2. Connected Apps (OAuth 2.0)
Third-party apps (Gmail, Calendar, etc.) are connected only with your explicit consent via OAuth 2.0.
- Tokens: Access and refresh tokens that grant access to your connected services are stored in a secure, protected environment. They are not shared with anyone and are not sent to AI models.
- Third-party data: Data that comes from connected services (e.g. emails, events) is used only to fulfill the specific action you asked for. We do not use it for other purposes and do not store it beyond what is needed for that action.
3. Assistant Commands and Your Responsibility
The assistant can run any commands you give it (e.g. send a message, create a calendar event, control a device). You are responsible for the commands you issue and the actions performed on your behalf.
We do not use your personal data or any tokens that give access to your resources as input to AI models. System interaction is strictly rule-based: the AI only calls the methods you command; it does not receive or process your raw account data or tokens.
4. SSO and Third-Party Services
SSO (id.uzdevid.com):
Sign-in and account data are handled by our SSO provider. Their collection and use of your data are governed by their own Privacy Policy.
Connected applications:
Each connected service (Google, Microsoft, etc.) has its own privacy and terms. When you connect an app, you agree to that provider's policies for the data they share with Raya.
5. Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. You can revoke connected apps at any time from your account settings.
